Terms of use
These terms apply when you use MyAIClerk (the “service”), run by Kasinath Upadhyayula, SM14, Saket Mithila, Near Vorla Laxma Reddy Gardens, Kapra Post, Hyderabad 500062, Telangana, India (“we”, “us”). By opening the app you agree to them.
What the service is
MyAIClerk is a web app that lets you record income, expenses and credit by voice or typing, and see reports. It can also read photos of ledger pages using an AI reader.
Your account
- When you first open the app you get a customer code and a 14-day free trial.
- One customer code works on one phone. If you change phones, contact us and we will move it.
- Keep your customer code private. It is the key to your account.
Plans and payment
- Individual: ₹79 per month. Shop: ₹259 per month. Prices are in Indian rupees. We may change prices for future renewals, and will tell you before it affects you.
- Payments are made through Razorpay by UPI AutoPay or card. The subscription renews every month until it is cancelled.
- If a renewal payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period. After that the app locks until payment is made. Your data on your phone is not deleted.

Your data and backups
Your accounting entries are stored on your own phone, not on our servers. If you clear your browser data, change phones or lose the phone, the entries are lost unless you made a backup. You are responsible for backing up your data. The app has a Backup tab for this.
Accuracy
Voice recognition and AI page reading can make mistakes. Always check what the app has written before you save it, and check any rows the app marks for review. The reports are for your own information. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice. Please ask a qualified accountant about tax matters.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to break it, share a customer code to avoid paying for more phones, or use it for anything unlawful.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may update or change features from time to time.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including lost data or wrong figures. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last month.
Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
